The company was started by ex-aid workers, Erica and Drew Gilmour, who built relationships working alongside farmers. They are crazy obsessed with making the best possible chocolate and have travelled the world sourcing through direct relationships, supporting sustainable growing practices, and paying farmers well for their amazing beans.
